French artist Technasia's new album "Central" is coming out on May 31st and it's going to be BIG! Charles Siegling the producer and artist behind the moniker, spent over a year crafting his beautiful opus that as a true artist album, moves effortlessly through genres, soundscapes, and melodies defying the easy categorization so prevalent in electronic music today. We were honored to be part of his project and worked with him writing and recording the vocals on "Jaya" and "Palankeen".
We had a great time doing our trademark, sexy "Grand Marnier" vocals, and I used a special recording chain with a lot of vibey, vintage style transformers to get Diana's vocals to shimmer.
In addition to being an extremely skilled and talented producer, Charles, like the true Frenchman he is, loves his food. He introduced us to a fabulous resto in the 11th called "Le Square Trousseau" where Diana had her first proper plate of escargot and fell in love with this classic of French cuisine.
